5 steps to RESURFACE your showroom with HG SURFACE

If you can’t tell already… we love getting involved in showroom refurb projects, utilising architectural wrap in these environments, wowing our customers with the cost savings and results in the process.  So far in our blog series around showroom refurbs we have given you 7 reasons why you should be considering wrap for your next refurb, alongside 7 application examples in the environment too.

Although we would like to think that the last two blogs you have read have been informative, you may now be wondering what the process actually is to get your showroom refurbished? If so, don’t worry, in this blog we are going to take you through the 5 step HG Surface process for this.

Enquiry and Advice

First things first, before we get into the nitty gritty of the project itself, we will deal with your showroom refurb enquiry and give you the best possible advice.

One of our core values in our business is service. It really is something we take very seriously, and more specifically, ensuring that we provide you with the best one possible.

When you send your enquiry into us, we will get back to you the very same day, and that’s a promise.

But the extent of our service won’t stop there either. The concept of wrapping is new, we get it, and you may need some convincing on the process or even the advantages of using this method over traditional methods of refurbishing in your showroom environment. Our knowledgeable team will be on hand to talk you through any queries and questions you have.

We will even tell you if we don’t think wrapping is suitable too. For example, if we have deep concerns about the bonding of our material to your specific showroom cladding, we will be open and honest about this, ultimately suggesting you go down another avenue.

Site Assessment

Enquiry and advice aren’t the only free of charge service we will offer you before the showroom project is signed off either. We will go that extra mile in ensuring no stone is left unturned and conduct a site assessment on the environment itself.

Although site assessments are a key part of every architectural project we get involved in, they are even more important when it comes to showroom projects. This is in the main down to the large-scale nature of these jobs, and doing a survey allows us to scope out the job, measure up, and ultimately make sure that nothing has been overlooked from an application point of view.

This face-to-face meeting also provides the client with another chance to liaise with us, see the samples of the products that may be used, as well as allowing for any other burning questions to be asked.

Quote

So, you’ve been sold on the concept of architectural films and we’ve agreed the scope of the showroom refurb application. Now… it’s time for a quote.

When it comes to the quote, our costings are very much upfront and transparent, once we’ve discussed this internally, our team will build you a bespoke quote for this very project.

We’re flexible too. Our quote will land to you via our job management system where you can request amendments and you can even accept the quote directly from the email link. Once this is done, we’re ready to go.

Installation

It’s application time!

We really can’t get away from the fact, this is the most integral part of the job, isn’t it? Whether we’re wrapping the exterior of your showroom, interior, or both, if the application of these products is not done correctly, the products will not last, and the products will ultimately fail.

In the HG Surface team, you really do have a team you can trust when it comes to the install of this project. Our team of our installers have all the necessary accredited endorsements when it comes to applying these films, as well as a wealth of experience in completing showroom projects. Providing you with that extra peace of mind.

In terms of the application itself, before we get on with the job in hand, we will cordon off all application areas and take all the necessary safety measures, allowing for business to carry on as normal during the refurb. Once complete, we will get on with the application of the film!

Aftercare

Once the showroom application is over, our service for you doesn’t stop there. At HG Surface we don’t let the aftercare of you and your project be an afterthought in our minds.

For many businesses it’s quite easy to (excuse the pun) down tools after a project and say that any problems you have post installation is now YOUR problem and not theirs.

That isn’t how we work.

Following the installation and completion of a project we are only a phone call away to answer any queries or problems you may have. We will even return to site if it is appropriate to do so.

To reiterate, we are with you every step of the way.

This brings us to the conclusion of our ‘5 steps to RESURFACE your showroom with HG SURFACE’ blog. Here at HG Surface, we are so much more than just installers of material. Think of us as your very own project management team, on hand from your initial enquiry right through to the aftercare, the service we provide really is a truly holistic one that is unrivalled.
